A smoke lid in cast iron for use with the Morso Forno and Morso Grill Forno II during smoking. The lid will contain the smoke and, thus, optimise the process. The best smoking result will be achieved by simultaneous application of the Morso Smokeeper and the Forno door or Grill Forno II door.
