    PAYMENTS

    Payments &/or deposits are a commitment to proceed & are not refundable if the sale is cancelled. Full payment is due on completion when goods are ready for pick up or delivery.

    REFUNDS

    No refunds will be given if you simply change your mind. Many goods, including custom-made goods, are nonrefundable unless a warranty or guarantee is breached. Where returns are possible customers may be required to pay for the loss we incur as a result i.e. handling/transport costs or any restocking fee charged by our supplier.

    COLLECTION

    If Goods are being collected; please collect them within 10 days (Commercial customers) or 30 days (retail customers) after we inform you that they are ready for collection. If you do not, then unless you make arrangements with us for late collection, we will assume you have cancelled your order. This means we may re-sell the Goods, and you may forfeit any deposit or payment you have made. We may need to verify your identity upon collection.

    DELIVERY

    By us of heavy &/or bulky goods, if included, are to the footpath only. If carrier needs to return to an address this will incur an additional cost. Please note to avoid any possible warranty issues.

     If there are visible signs of damage to the packaging on arrival write ‘damaged’ instead of signing for the delivery. This will make returning the product much simpler.

    Ensure that you check your order within 48 hours of receipt to ensure all is as ordered & in good condition.

    WARRANTY

    Is as per the manufacturers offer & is in accordance with applicable government legislation.
