Over 35 years ago, I successfully installed a Bosky 60 and 6 radiators, and to this day, it continues to operate flawlessly. One of the remarkable features of the earlier models is their insulating lids, which prove to be extremely valuable, providing ample benchspace for various tasks. With proper judgment and the use of thoroughly dried wood, these stoves can last a lifetime. In the case of burning solid fuel like coal, it may be necessary to replace the grate occasionally. However, the only component I have personally replaced is the thermostat controlling the air inlet flap.
